HOW TO BOOK

St Gabriel's will normally cater for groups of between 25 and 110 people. Due to the demand for the premises, sole occupancy cannot be guaranteed. In the event of two groups sharing, the Warden will be responsible for allocating rooms.

To make a booking please ring or write to the Warden to check the availability of accommodation on the dates you request. The Warden will then send you a booking form. On receipt of the completed booking form and the appropriate deposit, the booking will be confirmed to you in writing. We ask you to confirm any provisional bookings made within three weeks or we may assume that they are no longer required.

Prospective guests are welcome to look around the centre by prior arrangement with the Warden.

Guests will need to bring their own soap and towels as these are not provided.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building.

COST

Prices are reviewed annually with effect from 1st April each year. The prices charged will be those current on the date of the event. The final invoice will be based on the minimum numbers advised in advance or the actual numbers of guests on the day, whichever is the greater.
