  3. A regular daily rule of prayer and Bible reading.
  4. Opportunity to be made for spiritual reading. (Recommendations can be made by the Associate Sister).
  5. An annual retreat or, at the very least, a quiet day. (Associates' retreats are arranged each year at the Convent).
  6. Priest members are asked to foster vocations to the Religious Life; Associates to recommend the Religious Life by their support of it to others and to remember the Community regularly in prayer.
  7. Some regular self-discipline and stewardship according to circumstances and requirements of health.

If for any reason Associates are frequently unable to fulfil their Rule they should discuss the problems with their Associate Sister.

Community Prayer

V.    All His saints shall praise him.
R.    Even the people of Israel, even the people that serveth Him.
V.    Gather my saints together unto me.
R.    Those that have made a covenant with me with sacrifice.

Almighty God, by whose grace the elect are perfected and the saints are crowned, grant us the grace of final perseverance, that the work which thou hast begun in us may be performed till the day of our Lord Jesus Christ; who liveth and reigneth with thee in the unity of the Holy Spirit, ever one God, world without end

Amen
