Community
There is a great spirituality surrounding the Community of all Hallows, and a number of people who visit feel an urge to retain a link with us.
There are many ways you can keep in contact and share our life and work. Each offering varying levels of commitment to us and to a life of prayer. From receiving a copy of the annual newsletter to becoming a close member of the Community's extended family, there is something for everyone.
Companions have the deepest commitment to our life's work, and are a recent addition to our Community. Living alongside us, our Companions live a life of loving closeness to God and to His world, both in prayer and in the work He calls the Community to undertake. Oblates undertake a similar commitment to us and to prayer, but within the context of their own lives and homes. These two promises can be made by women only.
Membership of the Associates is open both to men and to women. Associates express their support for us in prayer, regular visits and retreats and, where possible, assisting with our works.
Another possibility you may wish to consider is the Contact group. Members of Contact have a variety of interests and are from many walks of life. Their common factor is that they all visit All Hallows and, while they do not feel called to become Associates or Oblates, they desire to form closer links with our Community.
Or become a friend. You will receive our annual newsletter and updates on our accommodation and quiet days arranged. Please contact us with your address details.
